Tréswhite Instructions
1. Place tray on teeth. Gently position with tongue or fingertips.
2. Inhale deeply to create suction in the tray. Your lips may fold inward from the pressure. Heavy suction creates a custom fit. If the tray doesn’t feel snug right away, do not touch it. See step 3 for an explanation.
3. Remove the colored liner. You now have the bleach solution on your teeth. Do not move your mouth muscles for 20 seconds. Your body heat will reduce air pockets, molding the tray to your teeth.
4. Press the tray lightly against your gum line as necessary.
5. Wear your tray for 30-60 minutes. Rinse your mouth and brush with the Tréswhite teeth whitening paste. Repeat as needed.
