You’ve probably heard it in the headlines by now, the story of a Tulsa, Oklahoma Dentist accused of exposing 7,000 patients to HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. According to The Oklahoma Department of Health, the practice of W. Scott Harrington, D.M.D. is being investigated for potentially exposing the patients to blood borne viruses. A joint investigation with the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry revealed practices that could have exposed patients to infectious material.
